Northern Roots Early Learning Center is growing, and we’re looking for educators and team members who bring curiosity, creativity, and diverse perspectives into their work with children. We believe strong learning environments are built by teams with different backgrounds, experiences, and interests — and we welcome individuals who help our community grow richer and more connected.

We are especially excited to connect with people who have passions in science, art, music, nature, storytelling, building, movement, and creative exploration. Whether your interests come from formal education, personal experience, or lifelong curiosity, we believe those passions can inspire meaningful learning moments for children.

Our program is rooted in the Reggio Emilia philosophy and supported by Montessori and Waldorf principles, with a strong emphasis on STEAM-based learning and outdoor exploration. We value educators who are reflective, collaborative, and open to learning alongside children.
